 Centerra Capital was privileged to advise two key clients in successfully completing their respective transactions:

• The buyout of a minority interest in a distribution business which involved arranging $30 million in financing for the purchase; and
• The sale of a family-owned agribusiness which involved managing an auction process and the closing of the transaction.
