Centerra Capital provides investment vehicles for clients seeking to invest in real estate assets through its Centerra Fund series. These funds invest in real estate assets that range from fixed returns to growth opportunities with appreciation potential and from development opportunities to acquisition and turnaround of troubled assets. Our clients make investments directly in our funds or through other means such as a 1031 Exchange or contribution of real estate assets.

Post transaction and on an on-going basis, Centerra Capital adds additional value by providing expert Asset and Property Management for our clients' real estate holdings. Currently, the company manages over 500,000 square feet of income producing and investment property.
